Many of us metalheads, including myself, love to collect cds/tapes/vinyls but also like to share and download those rare or OOP recordings such as demos, rehearsals and live bootlegs that are becoming more and more undervalued in the metal scene. Whether it's an old rehearsal tape of some forgotten early death metal band or a poor recording of one of Mercyful Fate's earliest shows, our passion is to collect and share these recordings to keep the music alive. Stay true and stay metal!

Necrophagia - Death is Fun (1984)
Raw and ugly little thrashy death metal demo from the early 80s that demonstrates how death metal wasn't just created overnight by one band. I dig this a lot. As Necrophagia recorded albums throughout the 90s they hired Phil Anselmo (Pantera/Down
/Superjoint Ritual) of all people (under the name Anton Crowley) to play guitar. Their albums are certainly worth checking out.
